Arrange Feature

The "Arrange" feature automatically arranges all the events in your timeline into a flowing "step" formation. This is accomplished by sorting events first by their starting interval, then by their span, then positioning them from the top of the timeline to the bottom.

Using the Arrange Feature

To use the Arrange feature, simply click the Arrange button in the toolbar or choose "Arrange" from the "Events" menu. You can also press Command-Shift-A.
